Pyroplex FS60 Glazed Screen System has been specifically designed for timber glazed screens in the following applications:
•For use on insulating glazed screens.
•Large aspect ratios for landscape and portrait panels.
•Suitable for use in conjunction with softwood and hardwood frames and beads.
•Suitable for pin or screw fixings

•Pyroplex FS60 Glazed Screen System is manufactured from a high performance flame retardant plymer which when exposed to elevated temperature, provides an insulation barrier, between the glass and timber beading system, which maintains and achieves a fire resistance performance of 60 minutes.
•Pyroplex FS60 Glazed Screen System is supplied in continuous reels for dispensing, ease of storage and to reduce wastage in cut-offs.
•Pyroplex FS60 Glazed Screen System does not need to be secured with either mastic or sealant.

Product Testing
Pyroplex FS60 Glazed Screen System has been tested to the requirements of British Standard BS476:Part 22: 1987, Clause 5 in compliance with CERTIFIRE Technical Schedule TS25.

Transportation and Storage
Transport HazardsL No regulations apply for the transport of this material. Not classified as hazardous for road, rail, sea or air transport.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place (not above 35°C) and ensure sufficient ventilation.
Product Guarantee
Providing the product is installed in accordance with the requirements of the guidance document the product is guaranteed for a period of 10 years.
Product Traceability
All Pyroplex products are identified with a unique reference number for traceability puropses.
Installation Instructions
1. Apply the Pyroplex FS60 Glazing Screen seal to the glass, position the glass and the seal within the bead section.
2. Fix the bead to the frame section; using either 40mm long x 4.1mm diameter screws or 50mm long x 1.90mm diameter pins, both can be positioned at 200mm centres.
3. Repeat Step2 to secure glass into the final position.
