The Pyroplex FG60 60 Minute Fire Resistant Glazing System offers a solution for glazed vision panels in fire doors up to 60 minutes.

The FG60 60 Minute Fire Resistant Glazing System is a two-part component system and comprises of 2 x glazing strips and 1 x glazing liner. The materials used in the system are halogen free, therefore, non-toxic and have a low smoke emission.

Independently tested by Bodycote/Warringtonfire against the requirements of TS25 for 60 minutes to BS476: Part 20: 1987 Pyroplex has been awarded CERTIFIRE Approval for the FG60 Glazing System.

• Glazed apertures in timber fire resisting doorsets.
• Use on insulating and non insulating glass.

  Installation Instructions
Cut the aperture in the door and line with an 8mm hardwood liner, then follow instructions:
1. Line the aperture with the 30096 liner.
2. Apply the 30095 glazing strip to the beads, then cut to length.
3. Install the beading system on one side of the aperture using
steel screws.
4. Fit the glass.
5. Install the remaining bead sections, again using steel screws.
