This dedication has been instrumental in Pyroplex’s growth within the industry over the last 30 years and into an integral part of the Reddiplex Group of companies.

Working for Pyroplex and the Reddiplex Group for the past 20 years, it gives me great satisfaction to assist my colleagues to develop their potentials and enhance their careers whilst ensuring their wellbeing at all times. Having joined the business in 1998, I’ve seen our portfolio of interests grow through new products and markets globally, diversifying operations and further underpinning the strength of the group, which is so visible today in terms of our brands, reputation and finances.

I get particular satisfaction from providing our customers with solutions wherever they are in the world. I’ve been working within the group for nearly 30 years and enjoy ensuring we understand our customers’ specific local needs and building long-term relationships utilising the fluent speakers in at least 10 languages that we have within the group.

With our own Pyroplex business in Hong Kong servicing our Asia Pacific customers directly for 30 years, it is very fulfilling to have such a great mix of both established long-term customers and valuable new relationships.

Having starting in 2000 as a Production Setter and advancing to Factory Controller, I honed my knowledge of operational efficiency and quality standards before transitioning into my current role. I aim to bring insight and a meticulous approach to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Kevin Smith
I meticulously plan production lines and oversee material procurement to ensure seamless operations. Beyond the confines of my role, I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the production team.
