This dedication has been instrumental in Pyroplex’s growth within the industry over the last 30 years and into an integral part of the Reddiplex Group of companies.

Working for Pyroplex and the Reddiplex Group for the past 20 years, it gives me great satisfaction to assist my colleagues to develop their potentials and enhance their careers whilst ensuring their wellbeing at all times. I look forward to the challenges presented every day and feel very proud to be part of the evolution of the Group.
Scott Ryman
Having joined the business in 1998, I’ve seen our portfolio of interests grow through new products and markets globally, diversifying operations and further underpinning the strength of the group, which is so visible today in terms of our brands, reputation and finances.
Ute Burton
I get particular satisfaction from providing our customers with solutions wherever they are in the world. I’ve been working within the group for nearly 30 years and enjoy ensuring we understand our customers’ specific local needs and building long-term relationships utilising the fluent speakers in at least 10 languages that we have within the group.
Gurps Gill
I’m responsible for new product development, providing technical support to our customers and ensuring our products are compliant through testing and certification. My extensive experience of passive fire protection spans manufacturing, testing, compliance, specification and installation, giving me a full understanding of the product lifecycle.

Rebecca Yeung
With our own Pyroplex business in Hong Kong servicing our Asia Pacific customers directly for 30 years, it is very fulfilling to have such a great mix of both established long-term customers and valuable new relationships.
Matt Coleman
Having starting in 2000 as a Production Setter and advancing to Factory Controller, I’ve built up a strong understanding of manufacturing, problem-solving, and leading teams. In my role as Engineering Manager, I take a practical, hands-on approach to improving processes, supporting the team, and helping make sure we deliver the best results possible.
Danny Lee
I particularly enjoy supporting our customers across the region with industry leading products and solutions, supplied from our manufacturing site in the UK and stocked in our local warehouse for fast servicing of their requirements.
Kevin Smith
I meticulously plan production lines and oversee material procurement to ensure seamless operations. Beyond the confines of my role, I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the production team.

Having started in production before moving into engineering, I gained valuable insight into how ideas become finished products. I enjoy the precision and problem-solving behind even the smallest design tweaks, and there’s always more to it than meets the eye. Seeing a concept develop through to production is one of the most rewarding parts of the role.
