Pyroplex are pleased to announce that we have been accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System status and our certificate is now available to download.
An effective environmental system through the supply chain is becoming an increasingly important factor. We recognise our responsibility to manage aspects of our business to reduce our environmental impact and to comply with all legal requirements relating to our scope of activity.
ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard for environmental management systems (EMS) and is the most widely used EMS in the world. Over 14,000 organisations are certified in the UK and over 250,000 certificates have been issued globally.
Having successfully achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) in 2009 the implementation of our ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) was a natural progression.
