The first phase of fire resistance testing to BS EN 1634-1:2008 and BS EN 1363-1:1999 using Pyroplex door systems has been successfully completed at Chiltern International Fire Limited.
Initially 3 tests, using different door cores were carried out for 30 minutes in single leaf, single acting configuration. A further three tests were carried out for 30 minute double leaf, single action doorcores with glazing panels.
These tests will be followed in 2015 with further configurations.
