Pyroplex Ltd is pleased to announce that we have been successfully upgraded to ISO 9001: 2008.
ISO 9001: 2008 is an internationally recognised quality management system that provides a framework for quality assurance of service management and delivery. This ensures that processes are not only carried out under controlled conditions but also subject to continual improvement.
This was awarded without the need for major re-design of our current operations, which is reassuring for our existing and potential customers.
Being awarded ISO 9001: 2008 demonstrates our continual commitment to providing our customers with a product and service of the highest possible standard.
We see being awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certification as an ideal platform to further build on our service and hopefully exceed both the requirements of the standard but also customers’ expectations.
