The Reddiplex Group has been awarded certification against the 2015 revised standards for the ISO 9001 – Quality Management System and ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System.
The ISO management system standards are to ensure organisations and businesses meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders whilst meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a program or products.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
It also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Being awarded ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates the Reddiplex Group’s continual commitment to providing its customers with a product and service of the highest possible standard.
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. The standard is intended for use by an organisation seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
ISO 14001:2015 helps an organisation achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organisation itself and interested parties. Consistent with the organisation’s environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include:
- Enhancement of environmental performance
- Fulfilment of compliance obligations
- Achievement of environmental objectives
An effective environmental system throughout the supply chain is an ever-increasingly important factor. The Reddiplex Group recognises its responsibility for the environment and manages all aspects of its business to reduce the environmental impact and to comply with all legal requirements relating to its scope of activity.
